HOW TO MAKE: Stovetop: Heat 1 to 2 Tbsp oil in pan (cast iron is best). Add tempeh strips to hot oil and cook 1½ to 2 minutes each side until nicely browned. Delicious for breakfast, in a salad or in a BLT.
