Turk’y Avocado Hummus Wrap

Got five minutes to make lunch (or a hearty snack)? May we present to you the Turk’y Avocado Hummus Wrap, featuring a punch of protein and a handful o’ veggies! Start by spreading hummus down the center of your wrap, then toss on those toppings. To mix things up, swap raw red onion for pickled, or try adding cucumber or a handful of arugula. That’s a wrap, folks!  

Makes 2 servings

what you’ll need:

2 white or sourdough wraps (or burrito-size vegan tortillas)

⅓ cup hummus

1 package Tofurky Next-Gen Roasted Turk’y Deli Slices

1 avocado, sliced

1 large tomato, sliced

¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

how to make:

1. On a clean work surface, lay wraps flat. Evenly divide and spread hummus down the center of each wrap.

2. Top with deli slices, avocado, tomato, and red onion.

3. Fold sides over the ingredients and roll tightly. Cut each wrap in half, and serve.
