Texas Round-Up Wrap

Round up all your favorite southwest inspired goodies – black beans, corn, avocado, tomatoes, spicy ranch (just combine vegan ranch and salsa), and most importantly our Tofurky Oven Roasted Deli Slices, then wrap and roll in your favorite tortilla. Giddy up!

Makes 4 servings

what you’ll need:

½ cup vegan ranch dressing
¼ cup prepared salsa
4 burrito-sized tortillas or wraps
1 package Tofurky Oven Roasted Deli Slices
1 package Moocho Fiesta Style Shreds
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 (15oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup fresh or frozen, defrosted corn
1 avocado, peeled and sliced

how to make:

1. In a small bowl, whisk to combine ranch and salsa. Set aside.

2. On a clean work surface, lay out tortillas and evenly divide deli slices down the center of each tortilla. Top with shreds, lettuce, beans, corn, and avocado. Generously drizzle with spicy ranch dressing.

3. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll the bottom flap over ingredients and roll away from you, wrapping it up tightly.
