BBQ Chick’n Sandwiches

Pretty sure you can call yourself the Pit Master of Ceremonies when you serve up these BBQ Chick’n Sandwiches at your next party. Our Tofurky Lightly Seasoned Chick’n is coated in BBQ sauce and piled high on a bun with a creamy vegan slaw. Don’t skip the dill pickle slices!

Makes 4 servings

what you’ll need:

½ cup vegan mayonnaise
1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
½ teaspoon celery seeds
1 (16-ounce) bag of coleslaw mix
⅔ cup prepared BBQ sauce
1 package Tofurky Lightly Seasoned Chick’n
⅓ cup pickle slices
4 hamburger or sandwich buns

how to make:

1. In a large bowl, whisk to combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and celery seeds.
Stir in coleslaw mix until thoroughly coated.

2. In a small pot over medium-low heat, add BBQ sauce and Lightly Seasoned Chick’n.
Stir until evenly coated and warmed through, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Place buns on a clean surface. Top bottom half of each bun with BBQ Chick’n, a large
scoop of coleslaw, and pickles then cap the sandwich with the top half of the bun.
