You’ll join a team of technicians responsible for accurately reading, picking and building customer orders. You’ll also be responsible for correctly tracking, moving and managing inventory when building orders using both hand-held guns and computers.

 

  • Immediate positions available, full-time, year-round employment
  • Pay: $14.50/hour + $1 Increase for swing-shift
    • Swing rates: $15.50/hr, all overtime paid at $21.75/hr
    • Overtime available; 40+ hours per week

Compliance Coordinator

We are the Nation’s leading manufacturer of plant-based proteins and currently have an opening for a Compliance Coordinator. This position will assist with the maintenance and improvement of our food safety program by carrying out inspections and conducting internal audits with a focus on compliance to FDA and international regulations. This position also serves to answer compliance questions from customers and assists with research projects. In addition, you will serve as support to the QA Department; spending time on the production floor helping with line checks, pre-op inspections and occasional sample prep and lab work.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct regular facility inspections and assist with internal audits
  • Communicate non-conformances to appropriate departments and provide guidance and assistance in the resolution of these items.
  • Assist with third party audits (FDA, SQF, BRC, Gluten-Free, Organic, Non-GMO, Kosher) and test product traceability
  • Investigate and trend customer complaints
  • Key member of the HACCP Team and assists with managing HACCP Plans
  • Assists with maintenance of the compliance programs including SQF, BRC, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free and Certified Plant-Based Foods
  • Assist with compliance paperwork and resulting actions related to regulatory or customer complaint issues
  • Coordinate and implement corrective actions and process improvements
  • Conduct classroom and on-the-floor trainings with staff
  • Conduct in-house testing as needed and prepare samples for third party testing
  • Perform and document process verification throughout the production process (CCP’s, Sanitation, Packaging) as needed for QA department support.

What skills and education you’ll need:

  • Experience working in food safety in a production plant setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years Quality Assurance experience preferred
  • Knowledge and training in Advanced HACCP preferred
  • Preference will be given to candidates with education or work experience in microbiology or chemistry.
  • Spanish/English bi-lingual and bi-literate a plus.

together, for a cohesive marketplace presence. This role supports digital & shopper marketing as well as branded
packaging and collateral development to generate demand.

What you’ll do:

The Marketing Manager’s primary responsibilities will be branded content development. You will execute on annual brand plans and managing to budget for assigned initiatives. Monitor, track, and reports regularly on project performance to ensure delivery of ROI. Translates market insights into actionable consumer driven touchpoints and identifies areas for additional learning opportunities. Provide insight and direction for cross-functional teams through the company. Ensures integration of all elements of marketing mix, driving cohesive and impactful messaging and trademark consistency in all communications.

 

This position will work closely with Sales to elevate brand & product awareness that compliments trade spend. Additional collaboration with Sales on managing key category resets and creating strategies to support the assigned brands sell-in and in market success. Understand and communicate brand’s unique selling propositions to key stakeholders.

 

The successful candidate will provide project management skills for the development of project briefs that give focused direction to internal teams/agencies to develop programs that deliver results. Manage brand projects including;

  • Branded asset development and management of retailer and sales resources
  • Digital shopper marketing program management
    • Digital couponing program, store locator referrals
  • Trade marketing support
    • Product launch trade videos, recipe/photography asset oversight
  • Collateral development for tradeshow presence
    • Apparel, look books, branded demo materials

 

In addition, this role will work closely with our Innovation Team. This cross-functional team works on brand extensions (new and existing categories) and renovation of existing product lines. You will work closely with R&D to bring new products to market by project managing initiatives that may include, packaging redesigns, product formulation changes and line extensions in existing new channel development. This includes reviewing packaging controls by country that includes translations, compliance, version control and trafficking for pre-press.

 

What skills and education you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
  • 5+ years in consumer-packaged goods Industry (CPG)
  • Prior experience leading marketing communication projects including packaging development

 

  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and external agency partners
  • Ability to execute strategic brand/product plans, such as digital campaigns, commercialization strategies
  • Leverage data and trends to generate insights to understand consumer behavior
