what you’ll need:

1 package Tofurky Carne Asada Steak Bites

2 large burrito-size tortillas

1 cup cooked Spanish rice

½ cup guac

½ cup pico de gallo

A handful of pickled or freshly chopped jalapeños

½ cup Moocho Fiesta Blend

½ lime, for squeezin

how to make:

1. Heat a skillet over medium and toss in the Carne Asada Steak Bites. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until they’re caramelized and smelling like a neighborhood taco stand.
