BBQ Chick’n Tailgate Taquitos

Super Bowl 50 calls for a little friendly competition and even friendlier fare. Surprise your crew these addictive vegan BBQ chick’n taquitos for the party table. They’re simple, savory and super tasty. Better make a double batch or they’ll be gone before kickoff!

Makes 10 taquitos

what you’ll need:

2 green onions, thinly sliced
10 (6”) corn tortillas
½ cup oil for dipping Vegan sour cream for serving
1 package Tofurky® BBQ Style Chick’n, chopped

how to make:

1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. In a small bowl, combine chick’n and green onions.
3. In a large skillet, warm oil over medium-low heat. Using tongs, carefully dip tortillas one at a time in oil, lay on a clean work surface, then fill with about 2 tablespoons chick’n mixture. Roll tight and lay seam side down on a large baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
4. Bake until crispy, about 12-15 minutes. Serve warm with vegan sour cream.
