Year-Round Ham Roast
HOW TO MAKE ONE TOFURKY HAM ROAST: From Frozen: With a knife or scissors, remove plastic casing from the ham roast. Place frozen roast in an oven safe pan. Pour ½ Cup of water in the pan. Cover and cook at 325°F for 2 hours, 15 minutes. (If ham is thawed, follow same instructions, reducing primary cook time to 1 hour, 15 min.)
