Who needs sandwich bread when focaccia exists? We pile on the flavor with layers of Tofurky Italian Deli Slices, vegan provolone, lettuce, tomato, hot pickled peppers, and hazelnut arugula pesto.
HOW TO MAKE: Microwave: Remove frozen pocket from sleeve and place in microwave. Set on “high” for 1 min 45 seconds. Let stand for 1-2 min before consuming. Oven (conventional or toaster oven): Preheat oven to 350ºF. Remove frozen pocket from sleeve and place on baking sheet, in oven. Bake 22 – 26 min. Let stand 1-2 min before consuming.
