Who needs sandwich bread when focaccia exists? We pile on the flavor with layers of Tofurky Italian Deli Slices, vegan provolone, lettuce, tomato, hot pickled peppers, and hazelnut arugula pesto.
HOW TO MAKE: Microwave: Tear seal at one end of the browning sleeve. Place pocket in sleeve in microwave. Set on “high” for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before consuming. Oven (conventional or toaster oven): Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove frozen pocket from sleeve and place on baking sheet, in oven. Bake 22- 26 min. Let stand 1-2 minutes before consuming.
