what you’ll need:
1 (32oz) bag frozen tater tots, such as AlexiaⓇ Organic Yukon Select Puffs
¼ cup vegan mayonnaise, such as Follow Your HeartⓇ Vegenaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 package TofurkyⓇ DIY Burger
6 ounces vegan cheddar, shredded, Follow Your HeartⓇ
1 small onion, chopped
½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 large tomato, diced
½ cup dill pickle slices
how to make:
1. Cook tater tots according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and ketchup.
3. In a skillet over medium heat, crumble DIY Burger and cook until beginning to brown and crisp.
4. Top tater tots with DIY Burger, cheddar, onion, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Drizzle with special sauce.
