Microwave Instructions for Roast, Gravy and Stuffing
CAUTION: Cooking times vary in microwaves. Do not overheat your Tofurky.
Stuffed Tofu Roast
Do not cook roast with metal clips in microwave!
- Remove plastic wrapper from thawed Roast and slice with serrated bread knife.
- Arrange slices on microwave safe plate.
- Pour generous helping of Giblet & Mushroom Gravy over slices.
- Cover plate with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Check to see if slices are heated thoroughly.
- Continue to heat at 1 minute intervals until hot.DO
Tofurky Giblet & Mushroom Gravy
- Puncture inner plastic seal on Gravy container.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Stir. Microwave 2 minutes more.
- Continue stirring and heating until heated thoroughly.
- Do not overheat.
Wild Rice Stuffing
- Puncture small ½” slit in film.
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- Stir well. (Careful, tray will be hot!) Heat for 1 minute on high and check. If not hot enough, heat at one minute intervals until stuffing is at desired temperature.
- Serve hot with your favorite food!
