Ginger Garlic Tofurky

Mix together the following ingredients in a small bowl:
1 ½ tablespoons grated fresh ginger
root (grated fine)
1 ½ tablespoons grated fresh garlic (or pressed)
1 ½ tablespoons almond oil, olive oil (or any mild
oil)
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon tamari
Spoon this mixture over the Tofurky roast that is sitting
on aluminum foil in a baking dish. Wrap tightly and roast
@ 300 degrees for 2 hours. You may include caramelized onions,
red peppers and carrots with roast before wrapping the foil
and bake along with the roast.
