Thai Basil Chick’n Tacos

Our spicy marinated chick’n kicks up the heat in these Thai tacos, which are sweetly complemented by a bright mango slaw. Pair them with a local brew for an easy and fun date night.

Makes 2 servings

what you’ll need:

1 cup shredded red or green cabbage
1 ripe mango, peeled and thinly sliced into matchsticks
2 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
½ teaspoon sea salt
4 (6”) tortillas, warmed
1 package Tofurky® Thai Basil Chick’n

how to make:

1. In a large bowl, toss cabbage, mango, green onion, vinegar, oil, and salt. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Warm Thai Basil Chick’n according to package directions, then evenly distribute into each warmed tortilla. Top with slaw, and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
