Thai Basil Chick’n Tacos
Makes 2 servings
what you’ll need:
1 cup shredded red or green cabbage
1 ripe mango, peeled and thinly sliced into matchsticks
2 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
½ teaspoon sea salt
4 (6”) tortillas, warmed
1 package Tofurky® Thai Basil Chick’n
how to make:
1. In a large bowl, toss cabbage, mango, green onion, vinegar, oil, and salt. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Warm Thai Basil Chick’n according to package directions, then evenly distribute into each warmed tortilla. Top with slaw, and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
