Spicy Kimchi Dogs

These spicy little guys give a whole new meaning to the term hot dog. For the best kimchi selection, visit a Korean market. You’ll find kimchi made from cabbage, daikon radish, and even cucumbers.

what you’ll need:

⅓ cup vegan mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon preferred vegetable oil
4 Tofurky Hot Dogs
4 hot dog buns, toasted
1 cup kimchi, drained
1 jalapeno, very thinly sliced
¼ cup chopped cilantro

how to make:

1. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and sriracha. Set aside.

2. Heat a grill pan or a skillet over medium heat. Brush hot dogs with oil and cook, turning occasionally, until browned.

3. Place hot dogs in buns, then top with kimchi, jalapeno, cilantro, and spicy mayonnaise.
